CLT Floors is a licensed and insured remodeling company based in the Charlotte, NC metro area, founded in 2019. We are a family business built by two families with over a decade of combined experience across hundreds of residential projects throughout Mecklenburg and surrounding counties.

Our services include kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, LVP flooring installation, hardwood flooring installation and refinishing, tile installation, backsplash installation, marble installation, interior painting, drywall repair, and countertop replacement.

CLT Floors is led by President Mark Bolous and General Manager Lydia Morcos. Mary Bolous, our Project Manager, is involved in every project from the first consultation through the final walkthrough. Richard Guadalupe, our Lead Supervisor, is hands-on throughout every job, ensuring the work meets our standards at every stage.
